Items will be ship within 2 working days by DHL after the payment received, and international tracking number is notified. All items will have a international tracking number to ensure delivery. You can check real time for delivery under the chart. You will receive within 2-4 days delivery. Although not very frequently; Air Mails according to the destination country postal administration may vary 1-2 days. International buyers are responsible their country's custom duty fees.
Please note: If you pay by e-check (PayPal) we are not going to ship the item until the payment is cleared (usually takes 5-10 days depends on the bank and the country of origin.
If product has some damages, or it is different when you order; please re-send product to us. When we get back product, ofcourse we can give refund also distribution cost is our responsibility.
However; if you have change of mind for getting refund, distribution cost is your responsibility. But the important thing for us your satisfaction. All returns must include all original packaging, original items undamaged, unused, and in re-saleable condition. All items must be returned within 14 days of date received.
Please note: Check the products during the "Cargo Delivery Officer". If you have a problem with your product or missing, cartainly do dot take delivery. Otherwise, you may have to pay the cost of shipping company caused the problems. In such cases, please ask for shipping official record editing, and contact us.
